Shipping and Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team either through the contact form below or by logging into your account. Using your account login will expedite the return process.

To initiate a return for an online order:

Log into your account.

Go to the Orders Page and click the green button to start the return process.

A member of our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once you receive the RMA, you can ship the product back to Holiby. Please note that we must receive your request to return the product within 30 days of your order date. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes, within 7 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned without written authorization or an RMA will not be eligible for a refund.
